As COO, I view myself as an architect of vision—designing where innovation meets compassion. My role focuses on ensuring that our patients, families, and teams are cared for and deeply understood. Building a company that is high-touch, high-tech, and built on trust is paramount. Leadership isn’t about managing from the top; it’s about empowering every individual at h/care to fulfill our shared mission of bringing comfort and dignity to people’s lives.

My Journey

My journey into healthcare was inspired by my mom, who was diagnosed with progressive MS in 2007. As her condition advanced, I looked for home care options and realized there were few high-quality choices available. This personal experience became the driving force behind my entry into the home health space. I founded Healthy Living at Home and grew it from one site in Scottsdale, Arizona, to eight agencies across the Pacific Northwest and Northern Arizona. Despite being unaffiliated and bootstrapped, we focused on being good to our people, which fueled our growth. My mom remains at the heart of my work, and I see the care we provide as an extension of how I care for her—treating every patient like family.

I believe that technology can unlock the full potential of our people and address many of the challenges facing our industry. By doing so, we can deliver more effective and compassionate care to our patients and their families. My passion is rooted in finding solutions that translate directly into better care.

When you distill what we do, it comes down to the visit—that single moment with a patient and their family. We have one shot to get it right, and one visit can shape their entire experience. That’s why we strive to make every visit count.

Beyond the Office

‍
Outside of work, I’m a devoted husband and father to my daughter Adeline, with another daughter on the way in December. I’m excited to welcome another little girl into our family—it fills my heart with joy.
